Koroneiki variety name comes form the beautiful town of Koroni in Messinia of Peloponnese. It is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil (100% Koroneiki variety). Its flavor texture constitutes a harmonious combination of bitter and spicy, strong fruity aroma and golden green colour. COLUMBA OLIVIA extra virgin olive oil is produced by the method of cold extraction below the temperature of 27 °C , under controlled hygienic conditions. During the process of packing, it has a maximum acidity of 0.4%. It is a superior extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
